Housing offered through the platform may not be denied on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, lawful source of income or any other protected class.

Listers set their own dates, price and home type. Renter preferences are matched on dates, budget, area and home type only.
